Ayman was born in Hebron, occupied Palestinian territory.
His wife is from Bet Zafafa, Israeli territory, where they live today. Thanks to the marriage, Ayman carries an Israeli I.D. and can travel and work freely between both areas, Palestinian and Israeli.
He is a constructionist, a small time building contractor.

The work for Ameriña, a magazine by Juan Sandoval, for the Big Torino Biennial, consists of a fake advertisement campaign for Ayman, called "Ayman construction enterprises".
The 5 color pages contain different images of Ayman in a construction site, with his work cloths, his new fake trade mark and a statement - a short phrase.
This phrase can be read in the commercial context as a cheap american style advertisement, but can also be taken ironically to the dark political and social context of the Israeli Palestinian conflict.
